Change Execution Manager

Optimization of Contract Management through Analysis, Adjustment, and Sustainable Implementation of New Processes.

Teamwork

Challenge

The challenge was to streamline the contract management process for a global organization. This process was characterized by inconsistent contract templates, regulatory gaps, and a lack of clarity around contract requirements. These issues led to inefficiencies and increased risk for the organization. A particular challenge was coordinating with various departments, such as legal and compliance, to ensure that any changes met regulatory requirements.

Our Approach

The first step was to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the existing contract templates to identify current gaps and inconsistencies. The gap analysis was conducted in close collaboration with the contract management teams. Based on the results of the analysis, we developed customized proposals for regulatory and contractual adjustments. Throughout the process, relevant stakeholders, including legal and compliance, were involved to ensure feasibility and compliance.

In parallel, we prepared training materials to clearly communicate the relevant changes in the specific contract templates and to prepare the affected teams for the new standards.

Our Solution

We implemented a systematic, collaborative methodology that included workshops and regular coordination meetings to ensure that all changes were aligned and implemented transparently. The implementation of new or modified contract templates was phased in to encourage buy-in across the organization. At the same time, we created detailed training materials to inform users about the changes and how to use the new templates. The process was designed to be audit-proof and ensure sustainable application in day-to-day operations.

Our end-to-end support ensured that the company continued to receive support even after the introduction of the new processes, and all necessary adjustments could be made efficiently.
